Access to Suppliers by User Inquiry

Purpose

View supplier access for users.

Use Access to Suppliers by User Inquiry to view supplier security for individual users.

To use the inquiry:

Enter a user ID or name in the User ID or User Name field.
If you want to filter the suppliers, click the Lookup button to the right of the Lookup By field, select a method for filtering the suppliers, and enter the filter criteria in the Value field.

Example If you want to view suppliers in the state of New York (NY), select State in the Lookup By field, and enter NY in the Value field.

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Access to Suppliers by User Inquiry window.
Show Data	Click this button to display supplier information for the selected criteria.
First	Click this button to display supplier access for the first user.
Prev	Click this button to display supplier access for the previous user.
Next	Click this button to display supplier access for the next user.
Last	Click this button to display supplier access for the last user.

Field or Button	Description
User ID	Enter a user ID for which you want to view supplier access, or click the Lookup button to select a user ID.
User Name	Enter a user name for which you want to view supplier access, or click the Lookup button to select a user name.
Lookup By	Click the Lookup button and select a filtering method if you want to filter the suppliers.
Value	Enter a filter criteria based on the selected filtering method entered in the Lookup By field.
Access/No Access	Select whether to display suppliers the selected user does or does not have access to.
Access To/No Access To	This grid displays the suppliers the user does or does not have access to based on whether you selected the Access or No Access radio button.
