Purpose

View inventory for a bill of materials kit group.

Overview

Use Bill of Material Group Kit Inquiry to display the current inventory position for components of a bill of materials kit group. For more information on setting up bill of materials groups, see Bill of Material Group Maintenance. You can display component inventory for a specified kit group UPC code, kit product code, and/or location.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Bill of Material Group Kit Inquiry window.
Show Data	Click this button to display bill of materials kit group inventory data in the Components grid, based on the selected criteria.
Locate Inventory	Click this button to display Inventory Matrix Inquiry for the selected product in the Components grid.

Inquiry Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
All (UPC Codes)	Select this check box to display data for all UPC codes.
UPC Code	Enter a UPC code, or click the Lookup button to select a UPC code. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box.
All (Kit Product Codes)	Select this check box to display data for all kit product codes.
Kit Product Code	Enter a product code for a kit, or click the Lookup button to select a product code. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box.
Name	Enter a product name for a kit, or click the Lookup button to select a product name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box.
All (Locations)	Select this check box to display data for all locations.
Location	Enter a location prefix or name, or click the Lookup button to select a location prefix or name. These fields are only enabled if you clear the All check box.
Components	This grid displays component inventory information for products in the specified bill of materials kit group(s).
