Billing Customer List

To use Billing Customer List, click the List button in Customer Allowance Management.

Purpose

Select multiple billing customers.

Overview

Use Billing Customer List to select multiple billing customers for filtering. For more information on customers, see Customer Maintenance.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Billing Customer List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Billing Customer Code	Enter a billing customer code you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a billing customer code. After you enter a billing customer code in this field, click the Add button to select it.
Add	Click this button to select the billing customer entered in the Billing Customer Code field.
Billing Customer Code Begins	Enter a value by which to filter billing customers in the Available Billing Customers grid. Example Enter ABC to only display billing customers in the Available Billing Customers grid that begin with the characters ABC.
Available Billing Customers	This grid displays billing customers that are not selected. Double-click a billing customer you want to select, or select a billing customer, and then click the right arrow button. Note This grid is cached to improve performance. You cannot sort, filter, group, graph, or summarize data in this grid.
	Click this button to add the selected billing customer to the Selected Billing Customers grid.
	Click this button to add all billing customers in the Available Billing Customers grid to the Selected Billing Customers grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected billing customer from the Selected Billing Customers grid.
	Click this button to remove all billing customers from the Selected Billing Customers grid.
Selected Billing Customers	This grid displays selected billing customers. Double-click a billing customer to remove it from the grid, or select a billing customer, and then click the left arrow button. Note This grid is cached to improve performance. You cannot sort, filter, group, graph, or summarize data in this grid.
