Cancel Reason Code List

To use Cancel Reason Code List, click the List button in Sales Order Cancellation Report.

Purpose

Select multiple order line cancel reasons.

Overview

Use Cancel Reason Code List to select order line cancel reasons for a report.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Cancel Reason Code List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Cancel Reason Code	Enter a cancel reason code you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a cancel reason code.
Add	Click this button to add the value entered in the Cancel Reason Code field to the Selected Reason Codes grid.
Cancel Reason Code Begins	Enter the beginning of a cancel reason code you want to select in the Available Reason Codes grid, or click the Lookup button to select a task type.
Available Reason Codes	This grid displays cancel reason codes that are not selected. Double-click a cancel reason code you want to select, or select a cancel reason code, and then click the right arrow button.
	Click this button to add the selected cancel reason code to the Selected Reason Codes grid.
	Click this button to add all cancel reason codes in the Available Reason Codes grid to the Selected Reason Codes grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected cancel reason code from the Selected Reason Codes grid.
	Click this button to remove all cancel reason codes from the Selected Reason Codes grid.
Selected Reason Codes	This grid displays selected cancel reason codes. Double-click a cancel reason code to remove it from the grid, or select a cancel reason code, and then click the left arrow button.
