Overview

Collection Task Intelligence links directly to the business intelligence cube that displays collection task information.

• You can view and filter data by:

• • Created Date (Year/Quarter/Month/Week/Day)

  • Closed Date (Year/Quarter/Month/Week/Day)

  • Collection Team (Collection Team/Customer Code)

  • Task Code

  • Status

• The intelligence cube also displays the following measures:

• • Count

  • Closed Duration Days

  • Open Duration Days

Note To view business intelligence cubes, Cognos® PowerPlay® must be installed.
