Purpose

Define commission groups.
Assign sales representatives to commission groups.

Overview

Use Commission Group Maintenance to create, update, or delete a specific commission group, and assign or de-assign sales representatives to a commission group. After a commission group is created, it can be entered in the Commission Group Name field in Sales Representative Maintenance.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Commission Group Maintenance window.
New	Click this button to create a new commission group.
Update	Click this button to edit the selected commission group.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected commission group.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
First	Click this button to display the first commission group.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous commission group.
Next	Click this button to display the next commission group.
Last	Click this button to display the last commission group.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Commission Group	Enter a commission group ID, or click the Lookup button to select a commission group ID.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Description	Enter a description for the commission group.
Available Sales Representatives	This grid displays sales representatives that you can add to the commission group. To add a sales representative to the group, double-click the sales representative, or select the sales representative, and then click the right arrow button.
	Click this button to add the selected sales representative in the Available Sales Representatives grid to the commission group.
	Click this button to add all sales representatives in the Available Sales Representatives grid to the commission group.
	Click this button to remove the selected sales representative in the Selected Sales Representatives grid from the commission group.
	Click this button to remove all sales representatives in the Selected Sales Representatives grid from the commission group.
Selected Sales Representatives	This grid displays the sales representatives in the commission group. To remove a sales representative from the group, double-click the sales representative, or select the sales representative, and then click the left arrow button.
