To use Company List, click the List button in Financial Ratio Analysis or Ledger Maintenance.
Purpose
Select multiple companies.

Use Company List to select multiple companies. For information on setting up companies, see Company Maintenance.

Click this button to close the Company List window. |

Enter a company you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a company. After you enter a company in this field, click the Add button to select it. |

Click this button to select the company entered in the Company field. |

This field displays the ledger ID for which you are selecting company general ledger account elements. Note This field is only available if at least one consolidation ledger is set up. |

Enter a value by which to filter companies in the Available Companies grid. Example Enter ABC to only display companies in the Available Companies grid that begin with the characters ABC. |

This grid displays companies that are not selected. Double-click a company to add it, or select a company, and then click the right arrow button. |

Click this button to add the selected company to the Selected Companies grid. |
|
|
Click this button to add all companies in the Available Companies grid to the Selected Companies grid. |

Click this button to remove the selected company from the Selected Companies grid. |
|
|
Click this button to remove all companies from the Selected Companies grid. |

This grid displays selected companies. Double-click a company to remove it, or select a company, and then click the left arrow button. |
