Copy Account Access to User

To use Copy Account Access to User, click the COPY TO button in Access to Accounts by User Maintenance.

Purpose

Copy access to general ledger accounts for users.

Use Copy Account Access to User to copy access to general ledger accounts from one user ID to another user ID.

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Copy Account Access to User window.
OK	Click this button to copy access to general ledger accounts to the entered user ID, and close the Copy Account Access to User window.

Field or Button	Description
From User ID	This field displays the user ID from which you are copying access to general ledger accounts.
From User Name	This field displays the user name from which you are copying access to general ledger accounts.
From System ID	This field displays the system ID for the user from which you are copying access to general ledger accounts.
Ledger ID	This field displays the ledger ID for the user from which you are copying access to general ledger accounts.
Ledger Name	This field displays the ledger name for the user from which you are copying access to general ledger accounts.
To User ID	Enter the user ID to which you want to copy access to general ledger accounts, or click the Lookup button to select a user ID.
To User Name	Enter the user name to which you want to copy access to general ledger accounts, or click the Lookup button to select a user name.
