Purpose

View credit task information.

Overview

Credit Task Intelligence links directly to the business intelligence cube that displays credit task information.

You can view and filter data by:

• Order-date (Year/Quarter/Month/Week/Day)

• Task-Customer (Task Code/Credit Customer Credit Team ID/Customer Code)

• Credit Team ID (Credit Team ID/Customer Code)

• Closed By

• Task Code

• Status

The intelligence cube also displays the following measures:

• Order Amount

• Count

• Credit Limit Count

• Past Due Count

• Credit Score Count

• Order Class Count

• NSF Payment Count

• Inactive Customer Count

• Finance Terms Count

• Default Terms Count

• Closed Duration Days

• Open Duration Days
