Purpose

View customer goal information.

Overview

Customer Goal Intelligence links directly to the business intelligence cube that displays customer goal information. It displays customer-specific goals in amounts and units, as well as sales and open order information to compare goals with actual numbers.

You can view and filter data by:

• Period (Sales Year/Sales Period)

• Salesman (Sales Rep ID)

• Division (Customer Division/Customer Code/Sales Rep ID)

• Customer (Customer Code/Customer Name)

• Billing Customer (Billing Customer Code/Billing Customer Name)

The intelligence cube also displays the following measures:

• Goal Units

• Goal Amount

• Open Units

• Open Amount

• In-Pick Units

• In-Pick Amount

• Sales Units

• Sales Amount

• Billing Customer Remaining Units

• Billing Customer Remaining Amount

• Customer Remaining Amount

• Customer Remaining Units
