Define and maintain Help messages for customer portal sites.
Use Customer Portal Help Maintenance to define Help messages for customer portal sites.
To create a Help message:
Click the New button in the ribbon.
Enter a customer portal site ID or name for the Help message in the Site ID or Site Name field.
Enter the ASP file for which to display the Help message in the Help Context field.
Enter the title of the Help message in the Help Title field.
Enter the text of the Help message in the Help Message field.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The Help message is created.

Click this button to display the first Help message. This button navigates by site, and then by Help context name. |
Prev |
Click this button to display the previous Help message. This button navigates by site, and then by Help context name. |
Next |
Click this button to display the next Help message. This button navigates by site, and then by Help context name. |
Last |
Click this button to display the last Help message. This button navigates by site, and then by Help context name. |

Enter a customer portal site ID for the Help message, or click the Lookup button to select a site ID. |

Enter the text of the Help message to be displayed to customer portal users. Note For the description and long description to display on the customer portal site in a font size and font color other than the pre-defined default (font size = 2, font color = blue), it must be written in a format acceptable for customer portal viewing.
