Overview

Customer Profitability Intelligence links directly to the business intelligence cube that displays customer profitability information.

You can view and filter data by:

• Profit Group (Profit Group/Billing Customer Code)

• Year/Month

• Billing Customer Code

• Customer Sales Group

• Customer Division

• Territory

• Profit Category Code (Profit Category Code/Profit Subcategory Code)

• Profit Subcategory Code

The intelligence cube also displays the following measure:

• Amount
