Purpose

Enter, view, edit, or delete DRP regions.

Overview

Use DRP Region Maintenance to create and manage DRP regions. By creating DRP regions, you can group several locations together so you can forecast sales and demand for the group.

After you create DRP regions, you can specify if a location is in a DRP region in Location Maintenance, and filter by DRP region in Summary DRP Management.

Creating DRP Regions

To create a DRP region:

Click the New button in the ribbon.
Enter a code for the DRP region in the DRP Region field.
Enter a name for the DRP region in the DRP Region Name field.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The DRP region is created.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the DRP Region Maintenance window.
New	Click this button to create a new DRP region.
Update	Click this button to update the selected DRP region.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected DRP region.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
First	Click this button to display the first DRP region.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous DRP region.
Next	Click this button to display the next DRP region.
Last	Click this button to display the last DRP region.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
DRP Region	Enter the DRP region code, or click the Lookup button to select a DRP region code.

DRP Region Name	Enter the DRP region name, or click the Lookup button to select a DRP region name.
