Click this button to close the Driver Commission Inquiry window.

Show Data

Click this button to display driver commissions on the Results tab based on the criteria selected on the Select tab.

Location Prefix

Enter a location prefix or name for which to display driver commissions, or click one of the Lookup buttons to select a location prefix or name.

All Delivery Dates

Select this check box to display driver commissions for all delivery dates. This check box is selected by default.

From (Delivery Date)

Enter a delivery date for which to display driver commissions, or click the drop-down arrow to select a delivery date. If you want to display driver commissions for a range of delivery dates, enter the first date in the range. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Delivery Dates check box.

To (Delivery Date)

Enter the last delivery date in a range of delivery dates for which to display driver commissions, or click the drop-down arrow to select a delivery date. If you want to display driver commissions for a single delivery date, leave this field blank. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Delivery Dates check box.

All Delivery Confirmation Numbers

Select this check box to display driver commissions for all delivery confirmation numbers. This check box is selected by default.

From (Delivery Confirmation Number)

Enter a delivery confirmation number for which to display driver commissions, or click the Lookup button to select a delivery confirmation number. If you want to display driver commissions for a range of delivery confirmation numbers, enter the first number in the range. This field is only enabled if the All Delivery Confirmation Numbers check box is cleared.

To (Delivery Confirmation Number)

Enter the last delivery confirmation number in a range of delivery confirmation numbers for which to display driver commissions, or click the Lookup button to select a delivery confirmation number. If you want to display driver commissions for a single delivery confirmation number, leave this field blank. This field is only enabled if the All Delivery Confirmation Numbers check box is cleared.

All Drivers

Select this check box to display driver commissions for all drivers. This check box is selected by default.

From (Driver)

Enter a driver for which to display driver commissions, or click the Lookup button to select a driver. If you want to display driver commissions for a range of drivers, enter the first driver in the range. This field is only enabled if the All Drivers check box is cleared.

To (Driver)

Enter the last driver in a range of drivers for which to display driver commissions, or click the Lookup button to select a driver. If you want to display driver commissions for a single driver, leave this field blank. This field is only enabled if the All Drivers check box is cleared.

Select this check box to display driver commissions for all routes. This check box is selected by default.

Enter a route for which to display driver commissions, or click the Lookup button to select a route. If you want to display driver commissions for a range of routes, enter the first route in the range. This field is only enabled if the All Routes check box is cleared.

To (Route)

Enter the last route in a range of routes for which to display driver commissions, or click the Lookup button to select a route. If you want to display driver commissions for a single route, leave this field blank. This field is only enabled if the All Routes check box is cleared.

Display Options

Select whether to display summary or detail information for driver commissions.

Deliveries by Driver

This grid displays delivery commissions for each driver.

Stops for Deliveries

This grid display stops for a selected delivery in the Deliveries by Driver grid.

Pickups for Stops

This grid display pickups for a selected stop in the Stops for Deliveries grid.
