Fill Source Years and Periods

To use Fill Source Years and Periods, click the Fill Periods button in the ribbon in Ledger Maintenance.

Purpose

Enter a year and period for the first period cross reference for a consolidation ledger.

Overview

Use Fill Source Years and Periods to automatically enter period cross references for a consolidation ledger based on an entered period and year. The entered period and year correspond to the first period of the source ledger for the period cross references.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
OK	Click this button to close the Fill Source Years and Periods window and automatically enter period cross references based on the entered starting year and period.
Cancel	Click this button to close the Fill Source Years and Periods window without entering period cross references.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Starting Source Year	Enter the year for the first period cross reference.
Starting Source Period	Enter the period for the first period cross reference.
