Financial Report List

To use Financial Report List, click the List button in Financial Report Account Inquiry.

Purpose

Select multiple financial reports.

Overview

Use Financial Report List to select multiple financial reports for filtering. For more information on financial reports, see Financial Report Format Maintenance.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Financial Report List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Financial Report	Enter a financial report you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a financial report.
Add	Click this button to add the financial report entered in the Financial Report field to the Selected Financial Report grid.
Financial Report Begins	Enter the beginning of a financial report you want to display in the Available Financial Reports grid, or click the Lookup button to select a financial report.
Available Financial Reports	This grid displays financial reports that are not selected. Double-click a financial report you want to select, or select a financial report, and then click the right arrow button.
	Click this button to add the selected financial report to the Selected Financial Report grid.
	Click this button to add all financial reports in the Available Financial Reports grid to the Selected Financial Report grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected financial report from the Selected Financial Report grid.
	Click this button to remove all financial reports from the Selected Financial Report grid.
Selected Financial Report	This grid displays selected financial reports. Double-click a financial report to remove it from the grid, or select a financial report, and then click the left arrow button.
