Export general ledger accounts to an external file.
Use General Ledger Account Export to export general ledger accounts to an Excel file. The accounts can then be imported into a different ledger or database in General Ledger Account Import.
Note Variable allocation, fixed allocation, and summary accounts are not exported. You must delete the column headings in the Excel file before importing it back into Apprise.
To export general ledger accounts:
If you are using consolidated ledgers, enter or select the ledger for which you want to export accounts.
Click the Export button in the ribbon to export accounts to an Excel file. The Excel file includes all columns required to import accounts into Apprise. For import format information, see General Ledger Account Import Format.
