General Ledger Year Label Maintenance

Purpose

Define the label that can be selected for the posting year.

Use General Ledger Year Label Maintenance to change the general ledger year label.

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the General Ledger Year Label Maintenance window.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon.
Update	Click this button to update the label for the selected year.
First	Click this button to display the first year label.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous year label.
Next	Click this button to display the next year label.
Last	Click this button to display the last year label.

Field or Button

Description

Year

Enter the year for which you want to update the label, or click the Lookup button to select a year.

Ledger ID

Enter a ledger ID for which you want to update a year label, or click the Lookup button to select a ledger ID.

Note This field is only available if at least one consolidation ledger is set up.
