A grid is a list of available records retrieved from the database. Grids contain the necessary information pertaining to a specific window.
Depending on the window, the grid can display suppliers, customers, accounts, open items, payments, etc.
A grid may display information when you first open a window, or may display information only after you select a supplier, customer, account, etc.
Use one of the following methods to scroll through information in grids:
Scroll bar - Use the vertical scroll bar on the right.
Page Up key - Scroll up one page.
Page Down key - Scroll down one page.
Up Arrow key - Scroll up one row.
Down Arrow key - Scroll down one row.
Left Arrow key - Scroll left (equivalent to clicking the left arrow button in the scroll bar).
Right Arrow key - Scroll right (equivalent to clicking the right arrow button in the scroll bar).
Shift+Left Arrow key - Scroll left.
Shift+Right Arrow key - Scroll right.
Shift+Home - Scroll to first column.
Shift+End - Scroll to last column.
