To use License Plate Detail, click the License Plates button in the ribbon in Pending Receipt Review.
Set up and maintain license plates for pending receipts.
Use License Plate Detail to view, create, edit, and delete license plates for pending receipt products.
NOTE You can only view license plates for finalized pending receipts.
To create a license plate:
Click the New button in the ribbon.
Enter a license plate ID in the License Plate ID field.
Enter a product code for the license plate in the Product Code field.
Enter the quantity of the product for the license plate in the Qty field.
Click the Add button.
Repeat steps 3-5 for all products you want to add to the license plate.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The license plate ID is created.

This grid displays products associated with the license plate. You can change the quantity for the license plate in the Quantity column. |
