Purpose

Cancel material issues by batch.

Overview

Use Material Issue Batch Cancel to cancel a batch of material issues created in Material Issue.

Note If you want to cancel material issues for a single work order and operation(s), use Material Cancel instead.

Cancelling a Batch of Material Issues

To cancel a batch of material issues:

Enter the batch number you want to cancel in the Batch Number field. The material issues for the batch display in the grid.
Verify that the correct material issues are displayed.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The Question dialog box appears, and asks you to confirm whether you want to cancel the material issues.
Click the Yes button. The batch of material issues is cancelled.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Material Issue Batch Cancel window. This button is only available if a batch number is not entered in the Batch Number field.
OK	Click this button to cancel the displayed material issues for the selected batch. This button is only available after you enter a batch number in the Batch Number field.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel the batch cancellation. This button is only available after you enter a batch number in the Batch Number field.

Batch Number

Enter a batch number for which to cancel material issues, or click the Lookup button to select a batch number. The batch number is a sequential number for the location, which is created when you issue material.

Note You can view the batch number on the output work order.

Material Issues

This grid displays material issues for the selected batch.
