To use Monitoring Key Entry, select a workflow definition, and then click the Launch Workflow button in the ribbon in Monitoring Workflow Launch.

Purpose

Enter a workflow to launch.

Overview

Use Monitoring Key Entry to enter a reference number, such as a product code or purchase order for which to launch a workflow. You can also enter an optional description of the workflow.

Click this button to close the Monitoring Key Entry window.

OK

Click this button to launch the entered workflow.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button

Description

Customer Code/Product Code/Purchase Order Number/Supplier Code

Enter a reference number for the workflow you want to launch, or click the Lookup button to select a reference number.

Override Team

Enter the default workflow team to which you want to assign the workflow, or click the Lookup button to select a workflow team.

Note Only use this setting if you want to override workflow team rules.

Workflow Description

Enter a description of the workflow you want to launch. This description appears for the workflow in Monitoring Data Entry Management.

Release #

Enter a blanket purchase order release number for the workflow you want to launch, or click the Lookup button to select a blanket purchase order release number. This field is only available for a purchase order release workflow definition.

Line Number

Enter a purchase order line number, or click the Lookup button to select a purchase order line number. This field is only available for a purchase order line workflow definition.
