Purpose

View booking information.

Overview

Order Booking Intelligence links directly to the business intelligence cube that displays bookings information.

You can view and filter data by:

• Date (Year/Month/Day)

• Posting Year/Period (Year/Month)

• Customer Group - Customer Rep (Group ID/Customer Default Sales Rep/Customer)

• Order Sales Rep (Sales Team/Order Sales Rep)

• Customer Default Sales Rep (Sales Team/Customer Default Sales Rep/Customer)

• Product Category (Product Category/Product Subcategory/Product Code)

• Billing Customer (Billing Customer/Customer)

• Sales Location

The intelligence cube also displays the following measures:

• Booking Amount

• Booking Units

• Goals Amount

Note To view business intelligence cubes, Cognos® PowerPlay® must be installed.
