Menu Path: Executive Information Systems Performance Metrics Order Fill Rate Analysis
Display customer service metrics for order fill rate (order lines, order quantity, and order amount) by sales location, shipping location, group, division, sales team, customer, category, and subcategory.
Compare two different period ranges.
Use Order Fill Rate Analysis to view order fill rate metrics for a specific date or two ranges of dates.
Note Order Fill Rate Analysis only functions if the EIS Fill Rate History check box is selected in History Control Maintenance. Order fill information is updated as orders are entered, pick demands are created, and inventory is adjusted for pick demands.
To analyze order fill rates:
Enter a range of required dates for which you want to display data in the range 1 Required Date from and To Date fields.
If you want to compare data from the first range to data from another range of required dates, select the Range 2 check box, and then enter a range of required dates in the range 2 Required Date from and To Date fields.
If you want to display data for a single shipping location, clear the All Shipping Locations check box, and enter a shipping location in the Location field.
If you want to display data for a single sales location, clear the All Sales Locations check box, and enter a sales location in the Location field.
If you want to display data for a single group, clear the All Groups check box, and enter a group in the Group ID field.
If you want to display data for a single division, clear the All Divisions check box, and enter a division in the Division ID field.
If you want to display data for a single sales team, clear the All Sales Teams check box, and enter a sales team in the Sales Team ID field.
If you want to display data for a single category, clear the All Categories check box, and enter a category in the Category Code field. If you enter a category and want to display data for a single subcategory, clear the All Subcategories check box, and enter a subcategory in the Subcategory Code field.
Define the display method by selecting the Customer, Group ID, or Customer Division radio buttons. You can drill down to the customer or category level if you select the Customer radio button. You can drill down to the customer or division level if you select the Group ID radio button. You can drill down to the customer or group ID level if you select the Customer Division radio button.
Select a drill down option. The available options depend on the display option you selected in step 9.
If you want to display data in a currency other than the default currency, click the Lookup button to the right of the Currency field, and select a valid currency.
Enter a number of grace days in the Grace Days field.
If you want to display data for drop ship and special orders, select the Include Drop Ship and Special Orders check box.
If you want to display data for transfer orders, select the Include Transfer Orders check box.
Click the Show Data button in the ribbon to display data on the Results tab. The Totals section displays the total order amount, order line fill percentage, order quantity fill percentage, and total order amount fill percentage for the data.

Enter a customer group ID for which to display data, or click the Lookup button to select a customer group ID. Customer groups are customers with similar attributes grouped together to form a group ID. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Groups check box. |

Enter a division for which to display data, or click the Lookup button to select a division. Customer divisions are used to identify physical areas of customers. Example The East division can be used for customers in the eastern part of the country and the West division can be used for customers in the western part of the country. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Divisions check box. |

Select this check box to display data for all sales teams. This check box is selected by default. |

Enter a sales team for which to display data, or click the Lookup button to select a sales team. Note The Lookup window that appears when you click the Lookup button only displays sales teams marked as active in Sales Team Maintenance. Enter a number of grace days for calculating whether orders were filled. This is a number of days after an order's required date used to determine if the order was filled. EXAMPLE If you enter 2 in this field, an order that was filled within 2 days after its required date is considered filled for the order fill rate calculation. |
