Pick Demand Product Selection

To use Pick Demand Product Selection, click the Pick button in the ribbon or double-click a line item in Pick Demand Confirm, Pick Demand Cancel, or Pick Confirm Inquiry.

Note This window appears automatically if you are confirming a pick demand with products tracked by serial number.

Purpose

Specify quantities picked for a pick demand line item.

Overview

Use Pick Demand Product Selection to enter picked quantities and bin, lot, or serial number information for a product. Enter information for a product on a pick demand selected in Pick Demand Confirm.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
OK	Click this button to close the Pick Demand Product Selection window.
Remarks	Click this button to display Remark Entry, which allows you to enter remarks for the picking line.
Notes	Click this button to display Notes Entry, which allows you to view and enter notes for the picking line.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Product	These fields display the product code and name.
To be Picked	These fields display the quantity of the product that remains to be picked and the unit of measure.
Qty Picked	Enter the quantity picked, and click the Lookup button to select the unit of measure for the quantity.
Bin/Serial#	Enter the bin or serial number from which the product is picked, or click the Lookup button to select the bin or serial number. You must enter a bin or serial number that contains the product. Note If you enter a bin other than the recommended bin for a pick demand, the software creates a bin discrepancy alert.
Lot	Enter the lot from which the product is picked, or click the Lookup button to select the lot. This field is only available for lot-tracked products.
Catch Weight	Enter the weight of the picked product if the product is a catch weight product (in the displayed unit of measure). This field is only available for catch weight products.
Enter	Click this button to enter the picking information.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected picking information line.
Picked	This grid displays picking information for the product. You can change the quantity in the Qty column if necessary, but you cannot enter a quantity greater than the ordered quantity, and you cannot change a quantity if the product is already included in a package. If you need to decrease the quantity for a package, you must delete the package first.
Cancel Backorder	Select this check box to cancel backorders for the product.
Total Picked	These fields display the total quantity picked and picking unit of measure for the product.
Per Kit Qty	These fields display the quantity of the product for each kit and the unit of measure. These fields are only available for kit products.
Total Kits Filled	These fields display the total number of kits picked and unit of measure. These fields are only available for kit products.
