Price Book List

To use Price Book List, click the List button in Price Lookup Report or Price Setup Report.

Purpose

Select multiple price books.

Use Price Book List to select multiple price books for filtering. For information on setting up price books, see Price Book Maintenance.

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Price Book List window.

Field or Button	Description
Price Book	Enter a price book you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a price book.
Add	Click this button to add the price book entered in the Price Book field to the Selected Price Books grid.
Price Book Begins	Enter the beginning of a price book you want to select in the Available Price Books grid, or click the Lookup button to select a price book.
Available Price Books	This grid displays price books that are not selected. Double-click a price book you want to select, or select a price book, and then click the right arrow button.
	Click this button to add the selected price book to the Selected Price Books grid.
	Click this button to add all price books in the Available Price Books grid to the Selected Price Books grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected price book from the Selected Price Books grid.
	Click this button to remove all price books from the Selected Price Books grid.
Selected Price Books	This grid displays selected price books. Double-click a price book to remove it from the grid, or select a price book, and then click the left arrow button.
