Click this button to close the Price Matrix Inquiry window.

Show Data

Click this button to display price book price matrix information on the Results tab, based on the criteria selected on the Select tab.

All Customers

Select this check box to display price matrix records for all customers. This check box is only available if you select the Customer/Product, Customer/Price Class, or Customer/Style radio button.

From (Customers)

Enter the first customer in a range of customers for which to display price matrix records, or click the Lookup button to select a customer. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Customers check box.

To (Customers)

Enter the last customer in a range of customers for which to display price matrix records, or click the Lookup button to select a customer. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Customers check box.

All Price Books

Select this check box to display price matrix records for all price books. This check box is only available if you select the Price Book/Product, Price Book/Price Class, or Price Book/Style radio button.

From (Price Book)

Enter the first price book in a range of price books for which to display price matrix records, or click the Lookup button to select a price book. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Price Books check box.

To (Price Book)

Enter the last price book in a range of price books for which to display price matrix records, or click the Lookup button to select a price book. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Price Books check box.

All Products

Select this check box to display price matrix records for all products. This check box is only available if you select the Product, Customer/Product, or Price Book/Product radio button.

From (Products)

Enter the first product in a range of products for which to display price matrix records, or click the Lookup button to select a product. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Products check box.

To (Products)

Enter the last product in a range of products for which to display price matrix records, or click the Lookup button to select a product. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Products check box.

All Categories

Select this check box to display price matrix records for all product categories. This check box is only available if you select the Product, Customer/Product, or Price Book/Product radio button.

From (Categories)

Enter the first product category in a range of product categories for which to display price matrix records, or click the Lookup button to select a category. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Categories check box.

To (Categories)

Enter the last product category in a range of product categories for which to display price matrix records, or click the Lookup button to select a category. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Categories check box.

All Styles

Select this check box to display price matrix records for all product styles. This check box is only available if you select the Style, Customer/Style or Price Book/Style radio button.

From (Style)

Enter the first product style in a range of product styles for which to display price matrix records, or click the Lookup button to select a style. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Styles check box.

To (Style)

Enter the last product style in a range of product styles for which to display price matrix records, or click the Lookup button to select a style. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Styles check box.

All Price Classes

Select this check box to display price matrix records for all price classes. This check box is only available if you select the Customer/Price Class or Price Book/Price Class radio button.

From (Price Classes)

Enter the first price class in a range of price classes for which to display price matrix records, or click the Lookup button to select a price class. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Price Classes check box.

To (Price Classes)

Enter the last price class in a range of price classes for which to display price matrix records, or click the Lookup button to select a price class. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Price Classes check box.

All Date Ranges

Select this check box to display price matrix records that expire on any date after today. This check box is only available if you select the Future Expired radio button.

From (Date Range)

Enter the first date in a range of expiration dates for which to display price matrix records, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Date Ranges check box.

To (Date Range)

Enter the last date in a range of expiration dates for which to display price matrix records, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Date Ranges check box.

Display Prices for

Select a method for displaying price matrix records. The available options in the Filter Options section change based on your selection.

Show Records

Select the price matrix records to display. Select one of the following:

• Current - Display price matrix records with a start date less than or equal to today and an end date that is greater than or equal to today.

• Active - Display price matrix records that are marked as active.

• Expired - Display price matrix records that are expired as of today (the start date and the end date are less than today).

• All - Display all price matrix records regardless of start or end date.

• Future Expired - Display price matrix records that expire after today or a specific date range. When this option is selected, select the All Date Ranges check box or a date range (for the end date of a price matrix record). Price matrix records with an end date within the date range will display.

Results

This grid displays data for price matrix records based on the criteria specified on the Select tab.
