Purpose

View product information.

Overview

Use Product List Inquiry to display product information for all or a range of products. You can filter products by product category and product subcategory. You can also select whether to display products that do not have weights, volumes, or units of measure weights/volumes.

Using the Inquiry

To use Product List Inquiry:

If you want to display information for a range of products, clear the All Product Codes check box, and enter the range of products in the From and To fields.
If you want to only display products for a specific product category, clear the All Categories check box, and enter the category in the Category field.
If you selected a specific category in step 2, and want to only display products in a specific product subcategory, clear the All Subcategories check box, and enter the product subcategory in the Subcategory field.
If you only want to display products with no weight, volume, unit of measure weight, or unit of measure volume, select the appropriate check box.
Select additional filter options on the Select or Additional Product Filters tabs.
Click the Show Data button in the ribbon.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Product List Inquiry window.
Show Data	Click this button to display product information on the Results tab, based on the criteria selected on the Select and Additional Product Filters tabs.

Ribbon Filters Tab Buttons

Modify My Additional Filters	Click this button to display Screen Additional Filters Maintenance, which allows you to set up additional filters for the Product List Inquiry window.

Select Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
All Product Codes	Select this check box to display information for all products. This check box is selected by default.
From	Enter a product code for which to display information, or click the Lookup button to select a product code. If you want to display product information for a range of products, enter the first product code in the range. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Product Codes check box.
To	Enter the last product code in a range of products for which to display information, or click the Lookup button to select a product code. If you want to display product information for a single product, you can leave this field blank. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Product Codes check box.
All Categories	Select this check box to display product information for all product categories. This check box is selected by default.
Category	Enter a product category for which to display product information, or click the Lookup button to select a product category. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Categories check box.
All Subcategories	Select this check box to display product information for all product subcategories. This check box is selected by default and only enabled if you enter a product category in the Category field for which subcategories exist.
Subcategory	Enter a product subcategory code for which to display product information, or click the Lookup button to select a product subcategory code. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Subcategories check box.
Only Show Products with Zero Weight	Select this check box to only display products without weights.
Only Show Products with Zero Cube	Select this check box to only display products without volumes.
Only Show Products with No U/M Weight	Select this check box to only display products without units of measure weights.
Only Show Products with No U/M Cube	Select this check box to only display products without units of measure volumes.

Note Additional filters may appear in the My Additional Customer Filters section if filters are set up in Screen Additional Filters Maintenance, or set up and loaded from an additional filters template in Additional Filters Template Maintenance.

This tab may include additional product filters if filters are set up in Screen Additional Filters Maintenance, or set up and loaded from an additional filters template in Additional Filters Template Maintenance.

Products

This grid displays product information based on the criteria selected on the Select and Additional Product Filters tabs after you click the Show Data button in the ribbon.

Double-click a product to display Product Maintenance, which allows you to view and edit all information for the product. If you are not authorized to use Product Maintenance, Product Inquiry appears instead and allows you to view all information for the product.
