Purpose

Define extra reward level bonus percentages for rewards programs.

Overview

Use Reward Level Bonus Maintenance to define extra reward bonus percentages for customer rewards programs, based exclusively on the level of returns. A typical customer rewards program might have different levels (for example, Gold, Silver, Bronze), and each of those levels might have extra bonuses associated with them based on returns criteria.

Example At the Gold level, if the maximum returns percentage is 10%, then the extra reward bonus is 5%, and if the maximum returns percentage is 8%, then the extra reward bonus is 4%.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Reward Level Bonus Maintenance window.
New	Click this button to create a new rewards level bonus percentage.
Update	Click this button to edit the selected rewards level bonus percentage.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected rewards level bonus percentage.
Show Data	Click this button to refresh data in the Bonuses grid.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
First	Click this button to display the first rewards level bonus percentage for the selected rewards program ID.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous rewards level bonus percentage for the selected rewards program ID.
Next	Click this button to display the next rewards level bonus percentage for the selected rewards program ID.
Last	Click this button to display the last rewards level bonus percentage for the selected rewards program ID.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Reward Program ID	Enter a customer rewards program ID, or click the Lookup button to select a rewards program ID. For information on setting up rewards programs, see Reward Program Maintenance.
Name	Enter the customer rewards program name, or click the Lookup button to select a rewards program name. For information on setting up rewards programs, see Reward Program Maintenance.
Reward Level Name	Enter a reward level name, or click the Lookup button to select a reward level name. For information on setting up rewards levels, see Reward Level Maintenance.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Maximum Returns Amount	Enter the maximum amount of qualified returns (a return not associated with a customer service error).
Maximum Returns %	Enter the maximum percentage of qualified returns (a return not associated with a customer service error).
Extra Reward Bonus %	Enter the extra reward percentage bonus based on the levels entered in the Maximum Returns Amount and Maximum Returns % fields.
Sort Option	Click the Lookup button to select a sort option to use for sorting the Bonuses grid when you click the Show Data button.
Bonuses	This grid displays information about bonuses for the selected rewards program and level.
