Show Data

Click this button to display royalty deal data on the Results tab based on the criteria selected on the Select tab.

All Royalty Deals

Select this check box to display all royalty deals. This check box is selected by default.

Royalty Deal ID

Enter a royalty deal ID to display, or click the Lookup button to select a royalty deal ID. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Royalty Deals check box.

Description (Royalty Deal)

This field displays the description of the royalty deal entered in the Royalty Deal ID field.

All Royalty Classes

Select this check box to display royalty deals for all royalty classes. This check box is selected by default.

Royalty Class

Enter a royalty class for which to display royalty deals, or click the Lookup button to select a royalty class. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Royalty Classes check box.

Description (Royalty Class)

This field displays the description of the royalty class entered in the Royalty Class field.

All Products

Select this check box to display royalty deals for all products. This check box is selected by default.

Product Code

Enter a product code for which to display royalty deals, or click the Lookup button to select a product code. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Products check box.

Name (Product)

Enter a product name for which to display royalty deals, or click the Lookup button to select a product name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Products check box.

All Royalty Books

Select this check box to display royalty deals for all royalty books. This check box is selected by default.

Enter a royalty book for which to display royalty deals, or click the Lookup button to select a royalty book. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Royalty Books check box.

Description (Royalty Book)

This field displays the description of the royalty book entered in the Royalty Book field.

Select this check box to display royalty deals for all customers. This check box is selected by default.

Customer Code

Enter a customer code for which to display royalty deals, or click the Lookup button to select a customer code. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Customers check box.

Name

Enter a customer name for which to display royalty deals, or click the Lookup button to select a customer name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Customers check box.

All Order Classes

Select this check box to display royalty deals for all order classes. This check box is selected by default.

All Suppliers

Select this check box to display royalty deals for all suppliers. This check box is selected by default.

Enter a supplier code for which to display royalty deals, or click the Lookup button to select a supplier code. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Suppliers check box.

Name (Supplier)

Enter a supplier name for which to display royalty deals, or click the Lookup button to select a supplier name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Suppliers check box.

All Dates

Select this check box to display royalty deals for all dates. This check box is selected by default.

From Date

Enter the first date in a range of dates for which to display royalty deals, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Dates check box.

Date to

Enter the last date in a range of dates for which to display royalty deals, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Dates check box.

Percent of Sales

Select this check box to display royalty deals for percent of sales type royalty rates.

Percent of Profit

Select this check box to display royalty deals for percent of profit type royalty rates.

Percent of <List Price 1>

Select this check box to display royalty deals for percent of list price type royalty rates. You can set up the label for the list price on the Cost/Pricing tab in Customer Service Control Maintenance.

Fixed Amount

Select this check box to display royalty deals for fixed amount type royalty rates.

Multiple Rate Comparison

Select this check box to display royalty deals for multiple rate comparison type royalty rates.

Display Options

Select whether to display royalty deal summary information, royalty deal detail information, or both summary and detail information on the Results tab.

Note Detail information appears in the upper grid and summary information appears in the lower grid.

Royalty Deal Detail

This grid displays detail information for royalty deals. If you click the Update button in the ribbon, you can update the royalty deal name.
