To use Select Customer Service Team, click the List button in EDI Activity Report.

Purpose

Select multiple customer service teams for a report.

Overview

Use Select Customer Service Team to select multiple customer service teams for a report. For more information on customer service teams, see Customer Service Team Maintenance.

Click this button to accept the selected customer service teams, and close the Select Customer Service Team window.

Cancel

Click this button to close the Select Customer Service Team window.

Available Customer Service Teams

This grid displays customer service teams not selected for the report. Double-click a customer service team to add to the report, or select a customer service team, and then click the Add button.

Add

Click this button to add the selected customer service team to the Selected Customer Service Teams grid.

Add All

Click this button to add all customer service teams in the Available Customer Service Teams grid to the Selected Customer Service Teams grid.

Remove

Click this button to remove the selected customer service team from the Selected Customer Service Teams grid.

Remove All

Click this button to remove all customer service teams from the Selected Customer Service Teams grid.

Selected Customer Service Teams

This grid displays customer service teams selected for the report. Double-click a customer service team to remove from the report, or select a customer service team, and then click the Remove button.
