Select a New Batch

To use Select a New Batch, click the Select or Select Batch button on the Batch tab in the ribbon in any window that tracks transactions by batch.

Purpose

Select a batch for a transaction.

Use Select a New Batch to select a batch for a transaction. The batch must have been previously set up.

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Select a New Batch window.
OK	Click this button to close the Select a New Batch window and use the entered batch number.

Field or Button	Description
Current Batch #	This field displays the currently selected batch.
New Batch #	Enter a batch number, or click the Lookup button to select a batch number.
