Shipment List

To use Shipment List, click the List button in Inbound Voucher Management or Supplier Prepayment Management.
Purpose
Select multiple shipments.
Overview
Use Shipment List to select multiple shipments for filtering. For more information on shipments, see Shipment Management.

Click this button to close the Shipment List window. |

Enter a shipment number you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a shipment number. After you enter a shipment number in this field, click the Add button to select it. |

Click this button to select the shipment entered in the Shipment # field. |

Enter a value by which to filter shipment numbers in the Available Shipments grid. Example Enter ABC to only display shipments in the Available Shipments grid that begin with the characters ABC. |

This grid displays shipments that are not selected. Double-click a shipment you want to select, or select a shipment, and then click the right arrow button. |

Click this button to add the selected shipment to the Selected Shipments grid. |
|
|
Click this button to add all shipments in the Available Shipments grid to the Selected Shipments grid. |

Click this button to remove the selected shipment from the Selected Shipments grid. |
|

Click this button to remove all shipments from the Selected Shipments grid. |

This grid displays selected shipments. Double-click a shipment to remove it from the grid, or select a shipment, and then click the left arrow button. |
