System ID Update

Purpose

Change system ID's.

Overview

Use System ID Update to change system ID's without manually logging out of the system. Use this window if you need to work with data in more than one system ID.

Updating your System ID

To update your system ID:

Enter your Apprise password in the Password field.
Enter the system ID you want to use in the New System ID field.
Click the OK button in the ribbon.

Note The first time you switch to a different system ID, defaults are created for your system ID. For information on which defaults are created, see System Defaults.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the System ID Update window without changing your system ID.
OK	Click this button to change your system ID.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Password	Enter your Apprise password.
Current System ID	This field displays the system ID you are currently using.
New System ID	Enter the system ID you want to use, or click the Lookup button to select a system ID. For information on setting up system ID's, see System ID Maintenance.
