Purpose

Adjust inventory after a work order is completed.

Overview

Use Work Order Inventory Adjust to adjust inventory for completed work orders.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Exit

Click this button to close the Work Order Inventory Adjust window.

Show Data

Click this button to display work orders in the Work Orders grid based on the selected criteria.

Adjust Inventory

Click this button to adjust inventory for the displayed work orders.

Note If you adjust inventory for an outside processing work order, purchase orders for the service items for the work order are automatically received. After this occurs, the Question dialog box appears and asks if you want to output the log file. Click the Yes button to display PO Receipt Import Printing Screen, which allows you to output the log file.

Description

Location

Enter a location prefix or name for which to adjust inventory, or click one of the Lookup buttons to select a location prefix or name.

All Work Orders

Select this check box to adjust inventory for all work orders. This check box is selected by default.

From

Enter the first work order in a range of work orders for which to adjust inventory, or click the Lookup button to select a work order. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Work Orders check box.

To

Enter the last work order in a range of work orders for which to adjust inventory, or click the Lookup button to select a work order. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Work Orders check box.

Work Orders

This grid displays work orders for which inventory needs to be adjusted.
