View customer access for users.
Use Access to Customers by User Inquiry to view customer security for individual users.
To use the inquiry:
Enter a user ID or name in the User ID or User Name field.
If you want to filter the customers, click the Lookup button to the right of the Lookup By field, select a method for filtering the customers, and enter the filter criteria in the Value field.
Example If you want to view customers in the state of New York (NY), select State in the Lookup By field, and enter NY in the Value field.
Select whether to display customers the user can or cannot access.
Click the Show Data button in the ribbon.

Enter a user ID for which you want to view customer access, or click the Lookup button to select a user ID. |

This grid displays the customers the user does or does not have access to based on whether you selected the Access or No Access radio button. |
