To use Account List, click the List button in Function Parameter Select.

Purpose

Select multiple general ledger accounts.

Overview

Use Account List to select multiple general ledger accounts. For information on setting up general ledger accounts, see Account Maintenance.

Click this button to close the Account List window.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button

Description

G/L Account

Enter a general ledger account you want to add to the Selected Accounts grid, or click the Lookup button to select a general ledger account.

Add

Click this button to add the selected general ledger account to the Selected Accounts grid.

G/L Account Mask

Enter account elements by which you want to filter the accounts listed in the Multiple Account Selection grid. Leave asterisks (*) for all account elements by which you do not want to filter.

Example If you enter 10 for the first account element, only accounts that use that account element display in the Multiple Account Selection grid.

Multiple Account Selection

This grid displays general ledger accounts that are not selected. Double-click a general ledger account you want to select, or select an account, and then click the right arrow button.

Click this button to add all accounts in the Multiple Account Selection grid to the Selected Accounts grid.

Click this button to add the selected general ledger account to the Selected Accounts grid.

Click this button to remove the selected general ledger account from the Selected Accounts grid.

Click this button to remove all accounts from the Selected Accounts grid.

Selected Accounts

This grid displays selected general ledger accounts. Double-click an account to remove it from the grid, or select an account, and then click the left arrow button.
