Add Accounts by Domain

To use Add Accounts by Domain, click the Add Accounts by Domain button in the ribbon in User Profile Maintenance.

Purpose

Create Apprise users for users in a Windows domain.

Overview

Use Add Accounts by Domain to select multiple users in a Windows domain for which you want to create Apprise user ID's.

Click this button to close the Add Accounts by Domain window, and continue to create Apprise users for the selected users in the Windows domain.

Cancel

Click this button to close the Add Accounts by Domain window.

Show Data

Click this button to display users in the entered Windows domain for which Apprise users do not yet exist.

Domain

Enter the Windows domain for which to add users. This defaults to the domain into which you are currently logged in.

Available Users

This grid displays users in the entered domain for which Apprise users do not yet exist (after you click the Show Data button in the ribbon). Double-click a user you want to select, or select a user, and then click the right arrow button.

Click this button to add the selected user to the Selected Users grid.

Click this button to add all users in the Available Users grid to the Selected Users grid.

Click this button to remove the selected user from the Selected Users grid.

Click this button to remove all users from the Selected Users grid.

Selected Users

This grid displays selected users. Double-click a user to remove it from the grid, or select a user, and then click the left arrow button.
