Additional Comments

To use Additional Comments, select the Email radio button for any report, select the Add Additional Comments check box, and then click the Print button in the ribbon.

Purpose

Enter comments for an emailed report.

Overview

Use Additional Comments to enter any additional text with a report that is output via email.
