BI File Maintenance

To use BI File Maintenance, click the Quality Cube or Supplier Cube button in the Setup group in the ribbon in Product Maintenance.

Note The Quality Cube and Supplier Cube buttons are only available if you click the Quality tab, and are only enabled if you are in New or Update mode.

Purpose

Enter a business intelligence cube and report related to a product.

Overview

Use BI File Maintenance to specify a quality or supplier business intelligence cube that is related to a product.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
OK	Click this button to accept the business intelligence files, and close the BI File Maintenance window.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel entering of the business intelligence files, and close the BI File Maintenance window.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
BI Cube Filename	Enter the .mdc business intelligence cube file name, or click the Lookup button to navigate to and select the business intelligence cube file.
Report Filename	Enter the .ppr report file name, or click the Lookup button to navigate to and select the report file.
