Purpose

Maintain bookings reason codes.

Overview

Use Bookings Reason Code Maintenance to create, update, and delete bookings reason codes. Bookings reason codes are used to describe the reason an order or order line item is changed.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button

Exit

Click this button to close the Bookings Reason Code Maintenance window.

New

Click this button to create a new bookings reason code.

Update

Click this button to update the selected bookings reason code.

Delete

Click this button to delete the selected bookings reason code.

OK

Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.

Cancel

Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.

First

Click this button to display the first bookings reason code.

Prev

Click this button to display the previous bookings reason code.

Next

Click this button to display the next bookings reason code.

Last

Click this button to display the last bookings reason code.

Type

Select whether the bookings reason code is a customer or internal type reason code. This is informational only.

Example You can make a customer type bookings reason code for when a customer has decided they want to change the required date on an order. You can make an internal type bookings reason code for when a customer service representative needs to change an order.
