To use CRM Task List, click the List button in CRM Task Management.

Purpose

Select multiple CRM tasks.

Overview

Use CRM Task List to select multiple CRM tasks for filtering.

Click this button to close the CRM Task List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button

Description

Task Name

Enter a CRM task you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a CRM task.

Add

Click this button to add the CRM task entered in the Task Name field to the Selected Tasks grid.

Task Name Begins

Enter the beginning of a CRM task you want to display in the Available CRM Tasks grid, or click the Lookup button to select a CRM task.

Available CRM Tasks

This grid displays CRM tasks that are not selected. Double-click a CRM task you want to select, or select a CRM task, and then click the right arrow button.

Click this button to add the selected CRM task to the Selected Tasks grid.

Click this button to add all CRM tasks in the Available CRM Tasks grid to the Selected Tasks grid.

Click this button to remove the selected CRM task from the Selected Tasks grid.

Click this button to remove all CRM tasks from the Selected Tasks grid.

Selected Tasks

This grid displays selected CRM tasks. Double-click a CRM task to remove it from the grid, or select a CRM task, and then click the left arrow button.
