Purpose

View a co-op customer’s current co-op available amount.

Overview

Use Co-op Inquiry to display the accrued, used, and available co-op amounts for a co-op customer. Co-op Inquiry is only valid for customers that have been set up for co-op on the Options tab in Customer Maintenance. For more information, see Co-op Sales Process Flow.

Click this button to close the Co-op Inquiry window.

Inquiry Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button

Description

Customer Code

Enter a customer code for which to view co-op information, or click the Lookup button to select a customer code.

Customer Name

Enter a customer name for which to view co-op information, or click the Lookup button to select a customer name.

Sales Representative

This field displays the primary sales representative for the selected customer.

Sales Representative 2

This field displays the secondary sales representative for the selected customer.

Accrued Amount

This field displays the co-op amount earned based on sales of co-op products.

Used Amount

This field displays the co-op amount credited back to the customer.

Available Co-op

This field displays the co-op amount left to be credited back to the customer.
