Purpose

Define commission classes.

Overview

Use Commission Class Maintenance to create, update, or delete a commission class. After a commission class is created, it can be entered in the Commission Class field on the Selling tab in Product Maintenance .

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Commission Class Maintenance window.
New	Click this button to create a new commission class.
Update	Click this button to edit the selected commission class.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected commission class. You cannot delete a commission book that is associated with a commission rate or commission override rate.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button only appears after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button only appears after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
First	Click this button to display the first commission class.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous commission class.
Next	Click this button to display the next commission class.
Last	Click this button to display the last commission class.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Commission Class	Enter a commission class ID, or click the Lookup button to select a commission class ID.

Short Description	Enter a short description for the commission class.
Detailed Description	Enter a long description for the commission class.
