Communication Type List

To use Communication Type List, click the List button in CRM Task Management.

Purpose

Select multiple communication types.

Overview

Use Communication Type List to select multiple communication types for filtering.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Communication Type List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Communication Type	Enter a communication type you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a communication type.
Add	Click this button to add the communication type entered in the Communication Type field to the Selected Communication Types grid.
Communication Type Begins	Enter the beginning of a communication type you want to display in the Available Communication Types grid, or click the Lookup button to select a communication type.
Available Communication Types	This grid displays communication types that are not selected. Double-click a communication type you want to select, or select a communication type, and then click the right arrow button.
	Click this button to add the selected communication type to the Selected Communication Types grid.
	Click this button to add all communication types in the Available Communication Types grid to the Selected Communication Types grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected communication type from the Selected Communication Types grid.
	Click this button to remove all communication types from the Selected Communication Types grid.
Selected Communication Types	This grid displays selected communication types. Double-click a communication type to remove it from the grid, or select a communication type, and then click the left arrow button.
