To use Contact List, click the List button in CRM Task Management.

Purpose

Select multiple contacts.

Overview

Use Contact List to select multiple contacts for filtering. For more information on contacts, see Contact Maintenance.

Click this button to close the Contact List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button

Description

Contact Name

Enter a contact you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a contact.

Add

Click this button to add the contact entered in the Contact Name field to the Selected Contacts grid.

Contact Name Begins

Enter the beginning of a contact you want to display in the Available Contacts grid, or click the Lookup button to select a contact.

Available Contacts

This grid displays contacts that are not selected. Double-click a contact you want to select, or select a contact, and then click the right arrow button.

Click this button to add the selected contact to the Selected Contacts grid.

Click this button to add all contacts in the Available Contacts grid to the Selected Contacts grid.

Click this button to remove the selected contact from the Selected Contacts grid.

Click this button to remove all contacts from the Selected Contacts grid.

Selected Contacts

This grid displays selected contacts. Double-click a contact to remove it from the grid, or select a contact, and then click the left arrow button.
