To use Contacts, click the Contacts button in the ribbon in Customer Open Accounts Receivable Management, Customer Open Accounts Receivable Inquiry, Credit Task Management, Credit Task Management Inquiry, or Customer Service Task Management.

Purpose

Overview

Use Contacts to display contact information for a selected customer, or select a contact you want to associate with a customer service task.

Click this button to close the Contacts window.

Show Data

Click this button to refresh data in the Results grid based on the selected sort and position options.

Results

This grid displays customer contact information. If you accessed this window from Customer Service Task Management, you can double-click a contact to select it for a specific customer service task.

Sort Option

Select whether to sort contacts by contact name or contact group.

Position to

Enter a contact to display at the top of the Results grid.
