Copy Default G/L Accounts between Users

To use Copy Default G/L Accounts between Users, click the Copy button in the ribbon in System General Ledger Account Maintenance.

Note The Copy button is only available if the Create Default G/L Accounts by User check box is selected for the ledger in Ledger Maintenance.

Purpose

Copy default general ledger accounts between users.

Use Copy Default G/L Accounts between Users to copy default general ledger accounts from one user ID to another user ID.

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Copy Default G/L Accounts between Users window.
Copy	Click this button to copy access to suppliers to the entered user ID, and close the Copy User Suppliers window.

Field or Button	Description
User ID (Copy From User)	This field displays the user ID from which you are copying default general ledger accounts.
User Name (Copy From User)	This field displays the user name from which you are copying default general ledger accounts.
User ID (Copy To User)	Enter the user ID to which you want to copy default general ledger accounts, or click the Lookup button to select a user ID.
User Name (Copy To User)	Enter the user name to which you want to copy default general ledger accounts, or click the Lookup button to select a user name.
