Enter, view, edit, or delete customer allowance groups.
Use Customer Allowance Group Maintenance to set up and maintain customer allowance groups, which are groups of customers grouped together, so a single customer allowance rule can be used for all the customers. For information on setting up customer allowance rules, see Customer Allowance Rule Maintenance.
You can assign a customer to only one customer allowance group.
To create a customer allowance group:
Click the New button in the ribbon.
Enter a code for the customer allowance group in the Customer Allowance Group Code field.
Enter a description for the customer allowance group in the Description field.
Enter a customer code or name that you want to include in the customer allowance group in the Customer Code or Customer Name field.
Click the Add button.
Repeat steps 4-5 for all customers you want to include in the customer allowance group.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The customer allowance group is created.
