Purpose

Transfer customer allowances.

Overview

Use Customer Allowance Transfer to transfer allowance amounts between customers and/or allowance types.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Customer Allowance Transfer window.
Transfer	Click this button to transfer the customer allowance amounts based on the selected criteria.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Location Prefix	Enter a location prefix for which to transfer customer allowances, or click the Lookup button to select a location prefix.
Name (Location)	Enter a location name for which to transfer customer allowances, or click the Lookup button to select a location name.
Transfer from Billing Customer Code	Enter a billing customer code from which to transfer customer allowances, or click the Lookup button to select a customer code.
Name (Transfer from Billing Customer Code)	Enter a billing customer name from which to transfer customer allowances, or click the Lookup button to select a customer name.
Transfer to Billing Customer Code	Enter a billing customer code to which to transfer customer allowances, or click the Lookup button to select a customer code.
Name (Transfer to Billing Customer Code)	Enter a billing customer name to which to transfer customer allowances, or click the Lookup button to select a customer name.
From Customer Allowance Type	Enter a customer allowance type from which to transfer customer allowances, or click the Lookup button to select a customer allowance type.
To Customer Allowance Type	Enter a customer allowance type to which to transfer customer allowances, or click the Lookup button to select a customer allowance type.
Available Amount	This field displays the available amount of customer allowances to transfer.
Transfer Amount	Enter the customer allowance amount to transfer.
